Grazing Tables & Events
Our service area covers the whole of Kent & South East London. We consider each booking on a case-by-case basis and are always willing to accommodate booking from further afield when possible.
Please note that for bookings further afield or for under 30 people, a small fee will be incurred for transport costs.
Grazing Platters, Single-Serve Grazing & Extras
Our products are made fresh on the day and are not suitable for overnight courier delivery. We specially hand-deliver our platters and products to you ourselves or you can collect them from our HQ!
Where do you deliver?
For our grazing platters, products & extras, we offer delivery within an 20 mile radius of Folkestone, Kent. Collection is available at no fee, from Folkestone, Kent.
We currently service these postal codes: CT1, CT14, CT15, CT16, CT17, CT18, CT19, CT20, CT21, CT3, CT4, CT50, TN23, TN24, TN25, TN28, TN29. And parts of: CT13, CT2, TN26.
If you are based outside of these perimeters and would like to place an order, please contact us and we will try to help. Please note an additional fee may apply.
How much does delivery cost?
Our standard delivery service is £12.99 (delivered anytime between 9am -5pm). Your product/s can arrive at any time within this delivery window but we will do our best to accommodate your preference. There is a minimum order of £100.00 to qualify for delivery. Collection is available for orders under this amount.
We offer FREE local delivery for postal codes CT18, CT19, CT20 & CT21 for orders over £40.00. Delivery for orders under £40.00 is charged at £5.00. Please select Local Delivery at checkout.
When do you deliver?
Anytime between 9am-5pm.
Although we cannot provide delivery slots or guarantee specific delivery times, if you do require a particular time please specify and we will do our best to fulfil this. Please be aware that if delivery is a little earlier than you need in the day, most products are the perfect size to pop into the fridge until needed.
Do I need to be in to accept my delivery?
Yes, someone must be there to receive the delivery. If we are unable to reach anyone, the product will be left with a neighbour, in a safe location near the doorstep of your home or left with front desk/reception (i.e. office, school, university, hospital).
If otherwise stated or we are unable to leave your order in a safe place a re-delivery fee will be incurred. Once a delivery has been made the responsibility of the order rests with the buyer. The Kentish Graze does not cover the cost of lost, damaged or stolen items once delivered.
Letterbox Biscuits
Our letterbox biscuits are available to collect from our HQ or are shipped via UK Mainland Nationwide overnight 1st Class delivery via Royal Mail. For delivery of these products please note that you can let us know your preferred delivery date at checkout, and this isn’t guaranteed. The Kentish Graze does not deal with delivery logistics for overnight deliveries, therefore once our products leave our HQ if any issues or problems occur, it’s the customers responsibility to resolve directly with the courier.
Delivery fee for Letterbox Biscuits is charged separately to any other products, for each individual box of biscuits. This is so that we can offer our biscuits for delivery without the need to reach a minimum order, as required with our fresh products.
Our biscuits have a one month shelf life and are best eaten within 10 days but we doubt they’ll last that long!
