PLEASE READ ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE BOOKING. BY PURCHASING FROM THE KENTISH GRAZE YOU THEREBY AGREE TO BOTH OUR GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS & OUR DELIVERY TERMS & CONDITIONS.
Orders:
All orders need to be paid for, in full. Apologies, but we cannot process cancellations or offer refunds unless we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason. We are happy to offer date changes if given sufficient notice.
Returns:
Due to the fresh and organic nature of our produce, returns of perishable goods cannot be accepted. Should there be an incorrect or faulty item in your delivery we must be informed within 2hrs of the product being received in order to offer replacements or refunds. Images of defective or incorrect items will be required.
In the very unlikely circumstance we have to cancel your order or booking, you will receive a full refund.
Grazing Tables & Events Catering:
A deposit is needed to secure your booking. In the event of a cancellation this is non-refundable. We will always do our best to honour your booking with a date change, subject to availability & sufficient notice. Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for bookings.
Any events under 30 people or bookings outside of our usual deliver perimeters will incur a small fee for transport.
Please note that a table or suitable surface for the event must be provided by the client/venue.
For Finest Grazing Tables and Events including equipment hire:
An inventory sheet needs to be signed on completion of set up. Any lost or damaged equipment will incur a charge. All equipment must collected by us or returned by the date agreed on. Alternatively if the client is based more than an hour away from our HQ, the equipment must be returned by the client within three working days from the date of the event, or we can arrange collection for an additional fee. A deposit may be needed, this will be made clear at the time of booking and will be due on the day of the event. This will be fully refundable. Any damages, breakages, losses or non-return of items will be deducted from this.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can rectify the situation. As all of our goods are perishable we do not accept returns. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your order.
Gift Vouchers:
Gift vouchers & cards are valid for 12 months from date of issue.
Food & Produce:
Our produce & garnishes are sourced weekly & are subject to availability & substitutions. We offer a fixed menu but sometimes there will be seasonal substitutions and swaps. We may also face supplier shortages and cannot guarantee every product, but will always substitute to the same value.
Storing & Serving:
When products are received please keep chilled and consume that same day. It is the responsibility of the customer to dispose of the food if kept unrefrigerated beyond 4 hours, to comply with UK food standards. By agreeing to our terms and conditions the client is agreeing to dispose of any food after this set time. The Kentish Graze will not be held responsible for any adverse reactions to our food consumed after this time.
Allergies/Dietary Requirements:
Please notify of any allergy and dietary requests at checkout or when making a booking, however we cannot accommodate special allergy requests due to high risk of contamination. If you or your guests/clients have a severe allergy please beware that we cannot guarantee if a product is completely free of traces of the main allergens listed below:

Cereals containing gluten (including wheat, rye, barley and oats)
Crustaceans
Eggs
Fish
Lupin
Milk
Molluscs
Mustard
Tree nuts (including almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, brazil nuts, cashews, pecans, pistachios and macadamia nuts)

The Kentish Graze are not responsible for any adverse reactions to our food if we have not been forewarned of any allergies or dietary requirements in the booking process. If you have any allergy concerns please speak directly to a member of our team when making an enquiry.
Unless our clients/customers explicitly ask us not to use images taken at their event, we reserve the right to use them on our social media platforms.
